What is your return policy for used pillows?
We offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you aren't perfectly satisfied with your pillow, you can return it for a full refund, even if it has been used, provided it is not damaged or stained.
Are your pillows hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant?
Yes, all our pillows are crafted with hypoallergenic materials and feature tightly woven covers designed to naturally repel dust mites and common allergens.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I wash my pillow in a standard washing machine?
Most of our down-alternative and shredded foam pillows are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, solid memory foam pillows should only be spot cleaned. Please check the care label on your specific model.
